Teascape with Marigolds:)

Few days from now it's time to welcome & celebrate season Spring with natures design & colors in decors. The colorful flowers, fruits and vegetables with their skin tones & herbs of Spring are a delight and in adding them in day to day styling.  Have you ever fell in love with Marigold flowers? Well if you haven't it's time for you to do so. A bucket full of warm yellow frilled golden blooms in the garden genuinely made me happy and fall in love with it. The pretty blooms are a joy to behold in one's eye. A teas cape against the nods of  the golden blossoms and the tangerine evening sky say it all. The evening sky was getting ready to welcome ' Super Blue Blood Moon' a rare cosmic show by moon the 2018 Lunar eclipse. Wonderful to set an table just before the phenomenon. Also few bright yellow cherry tomatoes resembling to beads and the fragile carrot leaves straight from pots make it a  tranquil display.  I hope this Pre-Spring  garden setting at

Alluring (Valentine's day) Purple Table:))

Hello dear all....Before I could talk about this week's table, I have few questions for you about home truths on Valentine's day. With the count down to the V-day already ticking answering these questions could be fun and keep the spirit alive for the hearts day.  Here we go...... 1. What's your favorite color for  Valentines day tables cape? 2. What's your much loved recipe for 'two of us' moment?  3. Favorite love quote for V-day? 4. A memorable gift from your better-half ? 5. Most memorable travel you won't forget? 6. Favorite romantic movie/ romantic scene you ever liked? Favorite romantic film of mine......My all time favorite romantic movie would be 'Roman Holiday' the movie with bitter-sweet ending. Favorite scene would be where Audrey Hepburn tells Gregory Peck 'Shall we dance'. In the scene by then they have formed a strong attachment and also for the first time they show their feeling towards each other while dancing.

Teascape on a Moody Day:)

Yet an other week in Jan and yet an other post at CG. Hope everyone enjoying the quiet chilly days of Jan in their part of the world.  It's always wonderful to find a way to decorate a coffee table  with different decor elements or with a tea/coffee-set styling. Yes it is fun & you will just love the space by doing so. The table can be for yourself or for your guests. The moody chilly Jan days asks for more tea and asked for a teas cape and creating one with the favorite white's exudes a graceful charm for the evening. Placing a small bunch of flowers, candles, a chess-board and few books to the setting created a pleasant ambiance as well. Be inspired for more coffee -table styling decors in the coming weeks. Well whatever it is enjoy your cold days of winter the way you wanted to enjoy it. Like many I too feel the cold days are beautiful & failte it. People become busy in their kitchens to prepare hot delicious dishes to keep them warm. Nothing like watching a movie on a quiet cold wintry day(when the cold wind blows or the snow drop falls) with a bowl of home made hot soup in your hand. It warms your body and sooth your spirit. Though our winters are mild still soups find their way to our January menu planner.  Preparing not too tricky but a super easy oriental soup called Laksa with thick coconut milk & noodles makes it a mini meal itself. (It can be prepared either way veg/non-veg) When you don't want to spend much time in kitchen on a cold day isn't this sounds delicious? Yes it isssss...try you will enjoy and it keeps you warm & en
